La la la la Lola

I'm super excited to be able to review my beloved Lola Ramona once again! I've been living in their designs for work almost daily so it was about time I added another amazing looking pair to my collection.

June Leopard Vegan Heels - €120.00 EUR

If you love adorable pinup style footwear that will make your super comfortable then Lola Ramona is for you! Because I loved the heel height and shape of my previous polka dot pair I opted to order the June in leopard print.

Described as the perfect office shoe but with a whole lotta sass the June is an adorable leopard velvet heel with a 10cm high heel, soft outsole and the extra foam in the foot bed - making wearing these babies all day pure bliss.

I'm wearing these in a 41EU size which is a perfect Australian size 10 and the fit is perfect! I opted to style this in a perfect winter way with my Sonsee black tights but these also look amazing when paired with other dark printed stockings and tights.

If you are not into a mix and match of prints on your pins why not pair these with a little black dress or leopard print swing skirt. They really pop and pair perfectly with solids and prints. I'm keen to pair these with a dark winter floral print for work.

With winter officially here my pins are nice and toasty due to Sonsee's amazing 100 denier black tights. This year I could not for the lift of me remember what size I wore last year and being that I love having my stockings up to my bra line I went one with the Flawless size as I fit an 18 pants right now.

It seems I'm still a Gorgeous size of 14/16 as the Flawless is too loose on my waist an I have to wear high waisted underwear or a bodysuit to keep these babies up. But I tend to do this in general as it's an extra layer of slimming and warmth in winter.

What I love most about all of Sonsee's products are the attention to detail, the fact that they will last you forever - last years grey and brown pairs are still going strong and the super soft feel. If you purchase one curve friendly pair of stockings this year they should definitely be Sonsee.

Now to add even  more of these heels to my collection. More colours and definitely more prints!

Creepy Kreeper

This week I'm super excited to bring you more of my favourite creepy clothing label - Kreepsville666! I've been wearing their brilliant designs for many moons and recently I got my mitts on one of their brilliant off the shoulder tees and lots of stunning accessories.

Are you a fan of EC Comics? Well, Kreepsville have you covered with this stunning shoulder popping EC Comics Skull Logo tee. I just adore a company who designs both male and female fit tees as it gives girls with curves to opportunity to show off our shape and a little skin. The logo is an actual skull but given that I don't wear anything but high waists I cut of the jaw. Oh silly me but the logo still works perfectly without the bottom jaw.

I'm wearing the skull tee in a XXL and the fit is great. There is heaps of stretch, that much I can easily go down to a XL but I love the comfortable fit of this size. There's no stretching or morphing of the logo which is a bonus when you are rather busty like myself.

The arms are fitted but super stretchy so you'll have no issues with fit and the bust scoop neckline is really flattering. This style is long enough to wear tucked or untucked and looks amazing with jeans, skirts - swings or wiggles, high waisted garments and much, much more.

I finally got my hands on some of my most lusted accessories as well and the detail and designs are amazing. The inverted cross mini skull earrings are a classic drop but with a sinister twist. I love the bold skull detail and how simple yet bold this design is in black and white. These are completely weightless so you'll forget you're even wearing them. Also available in purple, red and a pentagram print.

More pins for my biker jackets!! I've been dying to get my mitts on these Kreepsville's amazing selection of enamel pins and choosing from the huge was the hardest part. I opted for Vampira themed goodies with the Vampira's Ghoul Gang pin and her iconic sunglasses in gold!

These really pop even when mixed in with my collection of pins as and I just love how bright and brilliant the sunglasses are. The longer shape also works perfectly for that top lapel of a biker jacket, as you always need an odd shaped piece to work perfectly with that location. I now wear these constantly and I can't wait to add more and more of these Kreepy pins to my collection. I honestly need/want every since piece.

Last but in no way least is the coolest and most unique purse I think I've very owned. Featuring an embossed skull print, a bold logo, black pyramid studs and a pentagram handle this handbag is a real head turner. Big enough to carry all of your essentials with all the usual zipped up pockets and press stud closures.

You can wear this style as shown above or when the long handle extender that attaches to each corner of the bag. I love how versatile this piece is and how wonderfully it pairs with EVERYTHING in my wardrobe. This piece has now started a life long addiction to Kreepville bags, and I can't wait to get my hands on their 3D skull piece. Each item from this label fits effortlessly into my wardrobe so you can expect many more reviews in the future.

South American Socialites

Erswilder have released another amazing new range with a focus on the wildlife of South America. Created by guest designer Lorri McPherson these bright and adorable creatures are a must have for any avid collector. Featuring flamingos, alpacas, sloths, anteaters and more!

Who is the monkey with the most amazing moustache? It's Theodore! This fancy little gentleman looks rather dashing with his top hat and monocle.

Perched on a little blue branch which was the inspiration for the matching look! The little details on Theodore and his accessories are what makes this piece shine. The little sparkles within the top hat, etching on the branch and shimmer within his facial hair really make him pop.

I'm usually not a huge fan of purple but  this collection has me loving the shade for the very first time!

How can something so scary be so gosh darn cute? With those shape teeth, chubby tail and under bite what's not to love.

Fancy head wear seems to be the fashion for this collection, and Pedro really knows how to rock a bowler hat. The mixture of flat and patterned resins really define the features and this piece is so beautiful in real life.

With a base of pale blue, this piece is super simple to pair with so many looks and patterns. What I love most about my selection from the South American Socialites collection is that each colour blends perfectly with my wardrobe.

Now for my absolute favourite piece from this collection - Chaz the Chinchilla!!!! I have such a soft spot for these adorable little critters and Chaz has completely won my heart.

Those little paws, that adorable party hat and those big ears - I can't take all this cuteness!!! Asides from the super sweet little hat his glittery tail has to be my favourite feature. It shines so much in the right light.

My goal on my next US trip is to meet one of the cuties in person. Which is your favourite from the new collection?

Swing Starlet, Swing

I never thought it was possible to love a dress more than I love my leopard Starlet dress from Vixen by Micheline Pitt. But from the moment I saw the swing version I was a in lust and completely head over heels for this swing skirted version of absolute brilliance.

Do you know that feeling when you slip into a garment and decided that this dress was definitely made for you and you need to own every single version ever made. Well I promise you that's the feeling you'll get from the Starlet Swing. Created with a plush stretch textured crepe  this stunning dress is perfectly tailored to hug you in all the right places.

The understructure made of high quality ponte, creates a smooth base and holds you tight in the waist and bust. The 3/4 sleeves are magic as they slimmed my arms down - yes the fit actually makes my upper arms smaller!!!

After trying the leopard wiggle in a XL and the Blue Velvet in a 2XL I wasn't sure which would be the best fit. I'm above the XL size chart measurements but I knew that this garment had a little stretch so I sized down to the XL. The result is a fit yet comfortable fit and no need for a bra. The structure of the top and bust mean I can go bra free with ease and they are high, round and perfectly pert.

The fabric is less stretchy than my leopard wiggle starlet but still fits like a dream. The thickness also creates a  almost shape wear affect on your waistline and for this shoot I paired the swings with my Orchard Corset longline underbust so I could add more definition. But the fit with or without a corset is just as yum. The matching green belt really emphasizes that hour glass shape and as you can see it looks great with or without it.

The Forset Green shade is the dark green of my dreams. Being a super pale red head I always gravitate towards greens and this darker option is pure bliss. I've paired this look with my favourite wide brim hat and I love the spring vibes this outfit is giving me.

Now I got greedy with this dress as I knew I'd be kicking myself if I missed out on another colour. The black version of the Starlet Swing is just as magical and can be styled in many pinup or gothic ways. I'm drying to get my hands on the Kreepsville666 bat or spider belt and really vamp this style up.

Owning both of these dresses has made me want to complete the set and purchase the Dusty Pink shade as I think the tone would also work with my colouring. Do you think I can rock it? What I also love about this design is that it's a perfect go to bridesmaid dress style for any wedding! Sophisticated and beautiful on all shapes.

I wanted to go a little darker with this colour so I've paired the dress with my black velvet Voodoo Vixen turban and the La Femme En Noir spider brooch. The mixture of fabrics and that bright glittering silver spider makes for a very deco look. Now I'll be hunting for more bold brooches and turbans so I can rock looks like this all winter. I also have the amazing teal shade of this velvet turban so I need to find the perfect pin for that stunning shade.

Dark Knight

Last year I feel 100% in love with a little dress named Patsy. A stunning shape that flattered my body perfectly and fit like a dream. This season Dangerfield has released a new fabric version of this awesome frock and today I'm here to rave about it.

The Dark Knight dress as the same amazing features as the patsy dress but for winter an amazing sheer fabric with a bold black dot lace has been used. A lace overlay always wins my heart and the fitted bust and flared 3/4 length sleeve really flatters your upper arms. I'm wearing the 18, and it's firm in the arms and bust but still has lots of room at the waist.

Just look at that fit!! It's honestly the best Dangerfield style for busty girls as it shows off your shape perfectly while still covering up. The mini style length is great as it covers your toosh but still shows lots of leg.

The dotted lace overlay is a little longer than the underskirt so I'm going to pair this with bright stockings and really make those dots pop. Styling wise I stuck to my new favourite beret in ruby red.

The accessories collection in store at Dangerfield is amazing at the moment so if you are local and can head do it ASAP! I could have bought every single piece. This Princess Highway beret also comes in black, purple and yellow and I will definitely be heading back in to snap up the purple.

Directly after these shots we went to ACMI to have High Tea at the Wonderland Exhibition and I felt absolutely amazing wearing this dress.

While drinking lots of bubbles and eating all of the sweets planned our Wonderland themed shoot which will be taking place this coming weekend. Featuring some of the stunning Dangerfield/ACMI Wonderland collaboration pieces. I'm so excited to shoot all of these garments and show you guys!

Many thanks to my brilliant photographer Liz for capturing this stunning lack piece in all of it's glory.

It's All About Print!

It's time for a huge Hell Bunny review post!! I might have gone a little crazy on my photo shoot and now it's time to review every single piece I shot. We have fruit and florals, nautical and tiki inspired prints aplenty. Oh my gosh this is going to be an information and image overload so sit back and lets chat frocks.

TAHITI 50'S DRESS - $109.99

Last  year I feel in love with the shape and fit of the 50's dress in black but this year I wanted something with a little more texture and the bold Tahiti print was a must have. A stunning hibiscus flower print on a black background with natural woodlook buttons.

This fabric is amazing and the fit is perfection in a size 2XL. The back unlike my black version this dress shape, has adjustable straps so you can play around until you fit the best fit for your bust and torso.

What I love most about the fit of this dress has to be how it nips me in at the waist while skimming over my hips. I find many fabrics can sit oddly on my hips as they are rather huge but this really complements my shape perfectly.

This style also comes in a mint based version of the hibiscus print fabric and both suit multiple skin tones, hair colours etc.

Cactus Mid Dress -  $111.99
This print has been on my mind since the moment the I saw sneaky previews. I'm nutty for all things cactus related and this summer swing dress is amazing. The base print of polka dots paired with flowering cactus plans in pots is adorable and the fit is really amazing for busty bigger girls as it really compliments your bust.

I'm wearing the 2XL and the fit is actually one size too big due to the side panels of shirring. So if you are a usual 2XL in Hell Bunny I highly recommend sizing down in this specific style as the fit will be so much more flattering on an hour glass figure.

What do you pair with the Cactus Mid Dress? Well luckily Hell Bunny have created the Cactus Cardigan to wear with this sweet print. With a shorter sleeve, cactus motif an pink faux pearl buttons to complete the look.

I'm wearing the cardigan in a 2XL and the fit is great but I'm hoping that a long sleeve version of this is made as I find this length makes upper arms appear larger. Being a summer cardigan the sleeve length makes complete sense.

This is a mid dress length wise but on me it sits just above my knees so it's the perfect length and does not show any toosh.

Time for me to step out of my comfort zone and try a different cut and fabric!! The Paige Dress is a Chiffon 40's style dress with some beautiful features. It has lining with thin straps with adjusters at the back, 9 glass look buttons at the centre front and a super sort sleeve - It's a scary type of cap sleeve for me but I did not want to hide the full shape of this dress so I shot without a cardigan - eeep!!!

The 2XL fits me comfortably and as you can she the higher neckline makes my chest look huge but not in a horrible way. Lets be honest I do have a 38H bust right now so it's never going to look tiny.

The fabric is divine as it falls beautifully and twirls like magic. I'd love to see more of this or try more styles in this fabric in the future. Just look at these pleats!! They are perfect!

Styling wise I kept it simple for this look as I wanted to pair this dress with a Splendette earring that would work with the buttons. I'll be posting a review of all of these accessories soon in a more close up/portrait format.

I knew after wearing my Monte Carlo Mini Dress to death that the Hell Bunny peasant style dresses were perfect for my figure and with a little tailoring tweeks HB have blown my mind with the updated pattern in the Stawberry Sunday Mid Dress.
So what's new about this style and what differs from the Monte Carlo? Firstly this is a mid dress not a midi so it's much longer which is much more flattering on my body shape.
The bust line has been slightly adjusted with the keyhole much smaller than the Monte Carlo dress. I had issues with my bra showing in that style but as you can see that's no longer an issue with the Strawberry Sundae dress.

The verdict? It's absolutely perfect and I'm 100% in love with both the shape of this dress and the fabric. The strawberry fruit, flower and leave pattern is bold and bright and works with absolutely ever accessory, shoe and cardigan in my wardrobe.

Once you see this fabric you'll need the skirt and top as you'll never want to stop wearing it. Size wise I'm wearing a 2XL and this is super roomy due to the slight stretch in the fabric and the elasticated sleeves and neckline. I love the fit of this dress but could easily size down to the XL without issues and I think I will as I love a more firm fit at the waist and this has lots of waist room in a 2XL.

This revise style has got me super excited and I hope that there are more amazing prints released in this exact style each and every season. I'll be collecting them all if so!

Length wise the 'Mid' style hits under my knees and the print helps hide any lumps or bumps that might bother you so don't be afraid to swear this without a cover up. The elasticated sleeves have lots of give also so you can wear them on or off the shoulder.

Mistral 50's Dress - $119.99

My prayers have finally been answered and I now own a black nautical printed dress. While I love everything about nautical themed outfits I tend not to wear navy blue very often and I've been hunting for a black sailor themed dress for so very long.

The Minstral 50's dress has made my dreams come true with a bold white print of compasses and anchor print on a black background. It's those bright white features such as the neckline, bow and removable belt that make this fabric really pop.

This style features shirring elastic in the side panels to fit to your exact shape and cross back straps with buttons on the inside to adjust to your liking. The faux halter helps take off any sore neck issues as well. The 2XL is a perfect fit in this style and I can't wait to get more prints.

When paired with a bright pop of colour this dress looks absolutely amazing and my sweet sweater tied at the back was the perfect item to complete this look.

Now the question is which is on your lust list?
