Time to get super toasty and warm in the faux leather coat of your dreams! City Chic has just released the Spanish Romance longline coat and this piece will blow your mind!
Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I'd be able to find a long faux leather coat that fits perfectly for all winter looks. With enough room for layering and the softest of faux fur cuffs and collar.
I'm never 100% sure about coat fits and I find faux leather even hard to judge so I sized up to the Medium/18 in this piece. The arms are way too big but that means I can layer with the most fluffy and thick of knits.
The all-round fit is a large and I could have sized down to the 16/Small but I really do love how roomy it is. Melbourne is freezing at times means I can wear this with everything and be super cozy.
As you can see there is lots of fabric but it just means I'm even warmer! This is a piece Í'll cherish for years to come and I can't wait to style this in so many different ways.
Styling wise I've paired this with a classic black cardigan and my first ever maxi skirt from City Chic. I can't believe it's taken me this long to wear a maxi skirt! The full look and perfect pairing with the coat give this a very gothic/winter witchy vibe and I'm loving it.
The Mischa maxi skirt is very lightweight but it can be worn all year round. I've styled this with tights, boots, and coats for winter but it can easily translate to summer with a crop tee or tank.
