The Dress Edit

New Brand Alert!!! New to Curves To Kill this week I have finally had the chance to get my paws on a few amazing styles from PrettyLittleThing.com

I've seen this label pop up in the plus size community and all over Haul videos on YouTube and I've loved seeing all shapes and sizes in their designs. So for this Dress Edit post I've shot two stunning dresses with very different looks and of course a brilliant moto jacket because it would not be my blog without one sneaking in.

This year the maxi is key for surviving summer and can easily transition to the cooler months with the addition of tights, boots and lots of layers.

From the moment I laid eyes on the Black Twist maxi dress in this stunning black floral print I knew it needed to be part of my world ASAP. This stunning light weight fabric drapes perfectly and the twist from really emphasizes your waistline.

The bust is very low cut but this is easily fixes with a little black slip, a cage bra (if you want a little more sex appeal) or a plunge or boobie tape bra. I love the deep V neckline so I've opted to embrace it and the super high slit of the skirt really ads extra vavavoom.

I'm wearing this style in a size 18 and it's comfortable, does not restrict me in any way and the arms are a perfect fit. I can't wait to dress this up and down and wear it out on the town.

Because I can't complete an outfit without sneaking a little bit of moto brilliance into the look I also teamed this piece up with my new favourite green faux suede moto jacket. Now this is listed as Emerald but the colour is a deep hunter for forest green.

I've  been hunting for what seems like forever for a proper hunter green jacket and this super soft, stretchy piece has made my dreams come true. While most PU or leather moto's are restrictive this jacket is lighter, stretchier and is a great option as the seasons change. There is enough room for one layer in the sleeves and I can zip this up fully without any issues. The crop length also really flatters your figure.

I'm wearing this jacket in a size 18 and I'm in love with the fit. This style also comes in black and cream if the green is not your style.

My second dress that I HAD to try is this adorable little leopard shift. I'm always a fan of leopard prints but what I love most about this style is the larger shape of the print and how stunning and warm the tan print is.

Now I'm usually not a shift dress wearer but due to the puff sleeve and super sweet neckline I wanted to give this a go and I'm so happy I did!

The fit is perfection with the skirt and waist really flattering my hour glass shape. The sleeves are roomy due to the puffy style and you have the option to wear them up or down.

This is the perfect Summer/Autumn dress and I'm absolutely smitten. I can't wait to pair this with long black gloves, faux fur collared coats and berets.

Like the two previous pieces this is also a size 18 and the fit is spot on like everything shown in this post.

Now that I finally know my exact size and how PrettyLittleThing.com pieces fit I'll be ordering so many more styles and hopefully sharing them with you. This year I'm going to try and be true to my own style and also be more brave so I think there are a few more outfits I'd love to try via their webstore.
