One thing you will noticed in this review is the lack of specific link backs to the product. Well, this is due to the fact that these babies sell like hot cakes and these amazing dresses were snapped up so fast. After wearing both of these frocks I know why they sell out so quickly!
The Lyra is a faux wrap dress that is pure bliss. An amazing flowing and soft stetchy fabric, great upper arm coverage and a perfect bust fit. I'm wearing a size 16 and it fit is spot on. I worry some times with my bust and wrap styles that I might stretch the fabric or have a little too much skin on show but I love how this bust line fits.
The stretch of this fabric makes all day wear absolutely blissful and it's perfect for summer or winter. I've paired these styles with boots, tights and coast and then strappy heels on a super warm day. Being a Melbournite I always need dresses that can cross over between seasons and depending on the print this style is perfect for that.
Colour wise I wanted to step outside of my comfort zone so I opted for a navy blue base on one and a peach shade for the other. I'm a huge fan of floral and find it super flattering in retro styles but I've never tried these colours. I think both work perfectly and I'm going to need more lighter prints in my wardrobe come summer.
So if we are in any way size twins I'd opt for the 16 in this style and if you purchase higher necklines or more rigid fabrics I'd go up to the 18. Lady V stocks from sizes 8 to 28 so everyone of every size and shape is covered.
But never fear as there are new season long sleeve versions of this baby online right now. Plus lots of stockists around the globe so if you ever need to find a style online here are a few more options.

Many thanks to the beautiful and brilliant Brooke Orchard for finding this amazing house and shooting these images for me. I can't wait to team up again over summer and shoot some more magic.
