For me, this year is the summer of crop tops and high-waisted skirts! Stunning pieces that compliment my curves and bright summer shades add a little more variety to my wardrobe.
I'm usually an all black girl year round but there was something that drew me into the Poppie in this amazing orange/tangerine shade. The stretchy and figure-hugging shirred back and bust, volume-packed sleeves and square neckline all come together to create the cutiest blouse in the world!
Perfect for pairing with high-waisted skirts, jeans, shorts and pants this top is something you will live in and it's super comfy and light! I'm wearing both Poppie pieces in my usual 16/S and they are comfy and stretchy and you will adore them. If you are in between sizes though I suggest going down just one more size as the shirring is super stretchy.
The Poppie Skirt has a stretchy shirred waist so it really fits to your waistline in the most perfect way. Then layers of ruffles cascade down. It's cute and flirty and I really love how I feel in this entire look.
I've also been pairing this skirt with band tees, button ups and more and it's so versatile. I'll be wearing this all year round and the styling possibilities are endless!
Next, a piece that has nearly sold out online but must have a comeback as it's a dream-filled maxi dress and we all need to wear this! I really have become a fan of a perfectly placed cut out and the Jolene maxi has the right amount of skin showing.
If you are busty but want to wear a bra I can suggest an all-black bra or even some boobie tape to hold the girls up.
I love the fit of this piece so much that I'll be snapping up the Daisy print Jolene as well as it's a must-have piece! This much like the Poppie Skirt will be worn all year round, layered and paired with boots in the winter and I can't wait.
