A Love Story

My second shipment from Hell Bunny arrived last week and without a second thought I ran to the park, photographer by my side to snap these adorable pieces!

Hat from Lovisa
Belt Vixen by Micheline Pitt

When I was browsing through the latest catalogue this ruffle bottomed little floral dress really called out to me. Effortlessly check, super light weight and flattering on all shapes and sizes. While I'm not usually a fan of the shorter sleeve this style has a cute tie up feature so it will accommodate all sizes of upper arms - super important feature for plus size styles!

The soft pink florals on a black base always seem to win my heart and I can't get enough of this flirty little dress! Absolutely perfect for warm summer days but can also work in the cooler months when paired with tights, boots, cardigan and coats.

I'm wearing this in a 2XL and the fit is perfect. Enough room within the bust, movement in the waist and a free flowing mini length skirt. There is very little stretch in this fabric but the fit is that good you'll not notice.

Styling wise I wanted to keep it cute and simple. So a thin black Vixen waist belt to define those curves and a little black fascinator/mini planter hat with ties. I'm absolutely smitten with this look and I can't wait to wear it out ASAP!

I think this specific style will be perfect to release every season with a new fabric or print as it's so versatile!

Purple Cardigan from Yemak
Belt Vixen By Micheline Pitt

I love how Hell Bunny can take a standard print like a polka dot and make it a million times more adorable but swapping the dots for sweet little hearts! The True Love print is the sweetest style covered in rainbow hearts and all tied up with blue ribbons!

A classic Hell Bunny swing style with hidden pockets, a sweetheart neckline and that fit and flare fit to make those curves pop.

I'm wearing this style in a 2XL and there is little to no stretch so my bust was an issue until I went braless - ha ha it's always my answer to fit issues, loose the bra! Otherwise the waist is amazing and the straps an absolutely baby blue delight!

I've paired this style with my rich purple Yemak cardigan as I love how the darker shade makes the print pop.

I also have this print in the adorable blouse but I did not get to shoot it! The same amazing fabric in a cute as a button blouse and pussy bow combo. I'll feature this in another post.

Red Moto Jacket City Chic

On my last Hell Bunny shoot I was obsessed Clash Pini and I've been wearing it constantly! The comfy stretch fabric, chains and plaid really win my heart. So when the Storm Dress was released I knew I need to get in on my body immediately!

The Strom Mini is a bodycon dress that will hug your curves in all the right ways! Created from stretchy grey plaid fabric this little mini is so comfy and cute. I'm wearing the 2XL and I have roomy to move, breath and find it super comfy.

I adore the bold middle zip up the center, chain accents, and silver hardware all over this piece and can't wait to style it throughout winter. For this look I wanted a bright pop of colour to clash with the tartan so I've opted for red moto jacket. For winter I'll be layering this up with chunky knits and tights or sneaking a high neckline bodysuit beneath.

The love for this print is so strong that I think I need it in pini, pants and mini skirt from! It's so versatile and matches so many pieces already in my collection.

But be sure to wear the right shapewear or undergarments as the fit on this piece is really tight and lines will show.

Pink Heart Belt from a Collectif Dress

Lastly a piece of sweetness covered in bird cages and sparrows. The Willow Sparrow Dress is finally here and I went with the mint over the lilac. After trying a similar style in my last shoot in all black I knew that the cut would rock on me but I was unsure about the fabric/colour.

My brain is still in redhead mode it seems and I'm still gravitating towards colours that match my old hair. Luckily this soft shade of mint green is the perfect match.

A midi style length with ruffled sleeves, fully lined, fitted bodice and deep v style neckline. This dress is whimsical and pure magic! I was not 100 sure again of the sleeve fit so I went with a 3xl but I honestly need a 2xl as its so roomy.

I paired this look with a little purple lace bra  popping through and my heart buckle belt as the waist and underbust is roomy and you know how much I love waist definition!

Now the only question is which is on your lust list? What style is your Must Have?
