Foxes, florals and a little leopard

This month I'm all about prints! Luckily Heart of Haute have created some of the most magical prints and I'm super excited to be sharing these truly stunning pieces with you.

There are limited options for busty girls when it comes to button up blouse but luckily we have Heart of Haute who create the perfect fit for curvy/busty girls around the globe. When it comes to button up's the Estelle is my absolute favorite as it molds to your curves for that perfect fit.

I wear the 2XL now as the HH cups need a whole lot of room and this size is perfect! I never have to worry about buttons popping or fabric gaping. I can get away with 1XL's in some blouses but I'd rather go up in size to insure that the fit is perfect and no stress is placed on the fabric.

The print is what makes me swoon with this top as I'm an avid collector  of all things fox related. The sweet little critters on a solid black background make this print really pop and I can't wait to style it with my colours, skirts and even more casual outfits.

I've paired the Estelle with the Haute Circle Skirt which I'm also wearing in a 2XL. The perfect swirling and twirling style that is an wardrobe essential in go getter black. The fit is a bit roomy at the waist but I actually love the fit as I tend to tuck thinker fabric into my higher waisted garments in the cooler months. I could have sized down to the 1XL but I'm very happy with the fit for the moment and it gives me room to move.

As I'm a huge fan of the Sweetie Sweaters I've paired this full look with my green version in a size XL. I've never had any need to change the size of my Sweeties. I've tied this sweater at the back which is my new go to way of styling them if I have a bow blouse in the outfit.

What I love most about the print is how well it works with a solid colour cover up. Be it green, red, maroon, blue or black it just looks fab.

Accessory wise I completely ran with the theme of cute critters and wore my custom Miz Smitten Kitten Autumn crown and I love how perfectly it pairs with this look.

For years now I've been searching for the perfect floral maxi dress with sleeves. I've found styles close but each and every version has been made of horrid material or print just does not cut if for me. Luckly this season Heart of Haute welcome 3 amazing new maxi's to their collection.

The Rhea the maxi wrap of your dreams, a real wrap style with a full length skirt and 3/4 sleeves. Made from one of the most lightweight and breathable fabrics I've ever had the pleasure of wearing this dress will be on my body all summer long.

The wrap style is super flattering on my curves and can be loosened or tightened as needed. The billowing sleeves give you heaps of room yet really flatter your arms. There is a slight stretch to the garment but I suggest you stick to your standard size. I'm wearing the 2XL and it's 100% perfect.

The dark based floral is perfect for my colouring and now that I know exactly how it fits I'll be needing the other two fabric options and any future styles.

In burgundy the Rhead has an old Hollywood glamour feel and that fabric is perfection. I'll also be needing the leopard print as I can't get enough of anything in this fabric! As I write this post I'm actually at my desk on a stinking hot day and this fabric is amazing. I've stayed cool both out in the heat and indoors and felt amazing.

Lastly we have the Kimmie Dress! A completely new style for me and a dress that's usually not in my comfort zone. The Kimmie is a more relaxed fit garment with room in the arms but fitted at the waist and faux wrap bust.

When I first saw this dress I was nervous about how it would look but once I slipped into it I was so unbelievably comfortable so all fears vanished. Featuring a contrasting collar, waist, cuffs, and belt.

This new Kimmie is made of 100% Cotton so it's light and breezy, which is perfect for an Australian summer. My favoruite features are the dolman sleeve cuffs and the hidden pockets - can't get enough of pockets on frocks! The bold black mid section also creates amazing shape.

Now the arms are very roomy and I'm not sure if this is size related or how it naturally should be. I'm wearing a 2XL but I can go down to a 1XL in this style with ease I think. I have my eye set on the exact same style in the dark floral primrose print so I'll be snapping that up next.

I opted to wear my fabric belt a little differently from the product shot and made it sit on the smallest part of my waist to emphasis my curves. The belt looks at based at the bottom of the solid black fabric but you can choose to wear it high or low depending on which you like most.

Many thanks to the always amazing Brooke Orchard who makes magic with colour and crowns.
