The silly season has passed and I'm back at work which means it's time to feature the latest pinup work style heels. Pinup Couture has released some of the cutest and most comfortable block heels that you will live in from 9 to 5.
While I'm all about black and red for this post I wanted to step out of my colour comfort zone and show off some adorable retro styles that have just hit Shoe Me! Starting with a 1940's inspired heel in black and cream.
With heart cutout scalloped detail and a bow at the toe these are absolutely adorable and will pair with anything from suits to swing dresses. The heel height also makes these a perfect swing dancing shoe. Available in black and cream as shown above plus pink/cream and mint/cream. I'm wearing these in a 11US and the fit is perfection. The faux leather will give a little after wear so I they are a smiggen tight they will stretch to fit.
The scalloped edges on the back and heel also make these perfect to pair with back seamed stockings and with the stunning selection of colours don't be afraid to test out a few coloured Cuban heeled stockings.
Now if you are a long time reader of Curves to Kill did you ever think you'd see me in a teal and pink pair of shoes? Well I guess I've worn unicorn and cupcake platforms so there was a slight chance that such soft and pretty colours would pop up once again.
The Wiggle 50 is now my absolute favourite work shoe and needs to be owned in every possible colourway.
With another 2 1/2" (6.5 cm) Cuban heel and a sweet as pie T-bar bow feature these are so cute I can't get enough of them and constantly look down at my toes when I wear them. The T-bar style is always a personal favourite and the bright colour combination really makes these heels pop. As with the style above I'm wearing these in a 11US and they are perfect for my work day.
reverse pink and teal combination and plain black these little heels have inspired me to add more of these colours into my wardrobe so I can wear these non stop. I'll also be adding the solid black version to my collection as I'll be wearing those all winter long with amazing pattered and coloured tights.
Now I have to ask are there any other work friendly smaller heels that you guys would like me to review?
