Blackmilk are the gods of turning amazing art prints into fashion, and the latest collection from Gus Fink and Emi Boz is no exception.
Skulls Oversized Crew Knit Sweater
A sweater with the tag line Sweet dreams are made of screams - how can I not adore this piece! A super snuggly and soft knit featuring the stunning spooky artwork. Covered in hand-drawn skulls, hearts, and creepy little faces, this piece is bold in all the right ways.
Better yet, this piece glows in the dark! I'm currently packing for Japan, so I can't wait to snap some shots in the neon nights wearing this stunning sweater.
I'm wearing this piece in a XL/XXL and the fit is relaxed, comfy and I just adore the crew neck fit. I honestly live in my Blackmilk sweaters and can't get enough of how comfy yet flattering they always fit. I've also paired this with a simple mini skater skirt, fishnets and hight high boots and I'm in love with the full vibe of this outfit.
Just love the little details as well, with the bold Blackmilk logo embroidered on the cuff! Simple yet chic, and it mixes perfectly with all of the cute and spooky vibes.
Hell, Teer's comfort zone - let's throw you out the window! Sheer tops have been my enemy for a while, not as honestly, I'm not a mad fan of my arms. But there was something about this combo that had me swooning, and I really love the full look paired with bold black boots, bright pops of coloure and prints!
Pairing a sheer top (in an XL) with hot pink and an adorable skull print makes the skirt the main focus and really helps it to pop! The skirt features hand-drawn kitty skulls on the main fabric, with fully adjustable zippers revealing the pink and black barbed wire print beneath. These flashes of colour really make this an amazing little fit and flare skirt and a two-for-one wardrobe piece.
This skirt has a more structured waistband, so be sure to double-check your measurements and get the correct size. I'm a size 20 for structured Blackmilk skirts and less stretchy fabric,s and the fit on this is spot on!
Lastly, with the full kitty theme, we have what I'm currently referring to as my Icky Dress! I have an adorable little black cat called Ichabod, and we lovingly refer to her as Icky. This print really instantly reminded me of her!
The sweetest hearts filled with two adorable little black kitties cover this classic Rio Skater Dress. I'm forever addicted to the Rio bustline and have tops, dresses and a playsuit in this style. It's flattering, super comfy and looks amazing all year round.
So when I discovered this print, I needed to add it to my collection. Complete with the hidden pockets, removable tie, flutter sleeves and deep neckline, this is by far my favourite Rio yet!
I'm wearing this piece in my usual XL, and the fit is perfect as per usual. It's also so very hot in Melbourne today, and it's the perfect dress to help keep me cool all day long in and out of the office.
Now the question is, which was your favourite style from this collection? Did you pick up any of these pieces?
