Hell Bunny Feature

A little while ago I featured an amazing yellow jacket from Hell Bunny in my Moto Madness post and I wanted to share some other styles they offer.

The designs and patterns from Hell Bunny are perfect for any subcultural girl. Ranging from 50's skirted pinup frocks in a variety of patterns, more gothic inspired pieces and punk inspired dresses, skirt, corsets and more.

Recently the fantastic Tharaka Pathirage and I visited the Eurotrash Bar and showed off these adorable new frocks from SS11 range at Hell Bunny. Be sure to heck out their Facebook page for all new updates, info and stockist information

I am wearing an XL in all 3 of these designs.

Hell Bunny have just updated me with some brilliant news they will be adding 2XL-4XL which should begin to get into the shops late august/early september!

Fatal Dress - £74.99

Femme Fatal/Gothic Prom dress! Its been years since I've worn fishnet on my torso but I think this actually works! From the adorable black ribbon layers of floaty fabric to the cinched in waist and bow (can be worn however you like - back, front or side) this is one very sweet and girly yet dark dress. The bodice does have some shaping inside and the cups are molded like a bra with adjustable straps. I'm wearing a strapless bra beneath though just for the extra support. This is pretty much a perfect fit for my measurements.

Gina 50's Dress - £37.95

Close up of the fabric - The Dia de Los Muertos Gypsy design is so beautiful, I want to cover every thing I own in this fabric!

A classic 50's shape this design is a full blown swing dress, the kind that made me want to twirl till I get dizzy! I'm wearing size XL in this style but it is slightly roomy and can accommodate a large bust if need be due to the halter neck which ties in a bow at the nape of your neck. I would be tempted to try a size L in this style for tighter fit as it is loose on my waist.

The belt does not come with this dress.

Charlie 50's Dress - £34.50

Leopard, roses and black accents - yes please! The same style as the Gina Dress above this is my stand out favorite! I never expected that mixing leopard and roses or any other floral in a print would work but it really does.

The black waist band and bust accents break up the bold print and really make this dress look beautiful on. As you can see if you look under my bust it is roomy so in the future I will size down in this style.

So thank you to Tharaka Pathirage and Eurotrash Bar for helping me with this post! Check out their websites and find them on Facebook asap! You won't regret it!

  4. I am planning to order a dress from Hell Bunny from this site: http://www.viperlondon.co.uk/p-648-new-white-polka-dot-hell-bunny-50s-dress.aspx but they list the sizes in numbers not S, M, L, XL. I appear to be the same size as you! You wear an XL here, would that be their size 16?? I'm just not sure if the sizing chart they use is the same as what Hell Bunny uses. Any advice you have would be fantastic! I'm from Canada and not entirely familiar with the UK sizing system.

    Thanks!!!

  5. Hi Kunobot I'm wearing an XL and in Australia its pretty close to a 16 here which is usually a uk 16. I'm not sure what size I'd be in Canada though I'm a US12/14. Its roomy on me in the hulter dresses. Hope that helps hun.

  6. Thanks so much! US size 12/14 is the same in Canada. So sounds like a UK 16 it is. Thanks so much for your help!

  7. Hi I wondered if you could help me. I want to order the hell bunny lady face pencil skirt for a special occassion but I'm not sure what the sizes are like? I normally wear uk size 12 but the waist and hip measurements suggest I could wear a 10. My only concern is my overly curvy bum! I can't find any other measurements for the skirt, do you have any suggestions of what I should do?

    Thanks x

    1. Hi Sugar!

I've owned one of their high waisted pencil skirts and I'm about to shoot another. I wear the XL or the Large and find that if its the stretchy fabric that there is lots of give. So if you want to stick with your usual size you can always have it tailored to fit. I'm not sure of the actual skirt you speak of so I can't tell you how it fits sorry hun.
